Retired Chairman of Secondary Education Board Assam (SEBA) Kashinath Hazarika, passed away on Thursday at 11.15 am.

According to sources he breathed his last at Nemcare Hospital in Guwahati.

Hazarika was also the retired Chief Managing Director (CMD) of NEDFi which is a Union Government company, incorporated on 09 Aug, 1995.
