Patanjali Will Face Action If It Misleads People With Coronil – Maharashtra Minister

The Food and Drug Administration Minister of Maharashtra, Rajendra Shingne reportedly said on Friday that the drug Coronil manufactured by Patanjali Ayurved Ltd doesn't cure COVID-19. The Minister even said that action will be taken against the company if it confuses or misleads people of the state by claiming that the medicine cures the contagion.

He added that the Ministry of AYUSH has clarified that the company can sell Coronil only as an immunity booster.
