Ten personnel of the Assam Police Football team tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday. The infected persons have been shifted to Khanapara COVID Care Center.

On the other hand, 5 BSF jawans have been infected with the virus at Karimganj.

Meanwhile, 9 police personnel have tested COVID-19 positive on Saturday. The infected personnel is one Umesh Nath of Kaki police station while four personnel from Cachar have been infected with the deadly virus and four from Dhubri Gauripur.

Moreover, the Ward No 2 & 3 of Gauripur have been declared as Containment Zone.
