An overcrowded vehicle carrying as much as 25 workers fell into a deep gorge in Udalguri, killing at least 2 people and critically injuring multiple passengers, authorities said.

As per reports, two people were killed and 20 others have sustained injuries when a Tata 207 DI multi-application pickup truck rolled down a road and fell into a deep gorge at Bholabari in Kalaigaon on Sunday night, sources said.

The injured were admitted to Mangaldoi Civil Hospital.
