A road accident has taken place at Boiragimath region in Dibrugarh on Sunday morning.

Reportedly, two women have died at the spot due to the accident. The deceased have been identified as Jonali Dutta and Minu Gogoi.

The accident took place, at the morning, when both of the women were returning from their morning walk and at a sudden, a Maruti zen ( AS 06 C 2047) hit them from the opposite direction.

It may be stated that the police have immediately reached the scene and seized the car.
