2nd edition of Indian Open Boxing to be held in Guwahati

Thesecond edition of the Indian Open International Boxing Tournament is going tobe held in Guwahati city from May 20 to May 24. Olympic bronze medallist MaryKom will make her competitive debut in 51kg in the second edition of the IndiaOpen boxing tournament.

Notably,Guwahati hosted the 2017 edition of the AIBA Women's Youth World BoxingChampionships, where India earned record number of five gold medals. Assam's ShivaThapa, Ankushita Boro and Bhagyabati Kachari will be aiming to impress the homecrowd.
