In a shocking incident, three people were brutally murdered on Saturday night at Patharkandi of Karimganj district.

The three deceased were killed at the Buborighat Tea Estate. The deceased were suspected to be illegal migrants from Bangladesh.

The Patharkandi police have recovered many goods belonging to Bangladesh. The bodies of the deceased have not been identified yet.

A similar incident took place in Putoni Tea Estate last month where a thief suspected to be an illegal migrant from Bangladesh was killed.

It is being reported that suspected a group of thieves has entered the Indian borders from Bangladesh.
