AJP Officially Opens New Party Office

Assam Jatiya Parishad (AJP) on Sunday officially opened their new office at Lamb road in Ambari, Guwahati.

General Secratary of Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Partha Pratim Bezbaruah, along with 72 other LDP members joined AJP during the official opening of the office. Several leaders and activists from different parts of Assam also joined the party.

According to sources, the party's constitution is currently being drafted. It was informed that all aspects of Assam's development will be given priority in the constitution.

The team will be fully formed by November, said a party official.

AJP, which was formed on September 14 by All Assam Student's Union (AASU) and Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba Chatra Parishad (AJYCP), stands by the slogan "Assam first, always, and ever".
