AJYCP Stages Protest Against CAB

The Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba Chattra Parishad (AJYCP) has staged protests across the state by observing sit-in demonstrations in protest against the implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB).

Along withthe rest of the state, the Nagaon unit of AJYCP has staged protest in front ofthe Deputy Commissioner office and threatened that if the government won'twithdraw CAB then they will stage massive protest throughout the state.

The AJYCP demanded the government to withdraw contentious CAB and said that if the government won't fulfill the demands then they will go for a massive protest.

The partyalso said that they won't accept CAB in any circumstances.

The AJYCP has also submitted a memorandum to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
