Anti-CAB protesters throng Latasil field

Anti-CitizenshipAmendment Bill protesters thronged the Latasil playground in Guwahati onThursday noon.

Despite the prevailing curfew in the city, thousands snaked their way to the Latasil field to voice their opinion against the contentious bill. The protesters included Zubeen Garg, Ajit Kumar Bhuyan, Prasanta Rajguru and others.

The CAB was passed by Rajya Sabha on Wednesday. Lok Sabha cleared the Bill on Monday.
