Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) staged a protest at Sonari on Wednesday demanding increment in salary, permanent employment.

The ASHA workers observed a two-hour sit in demonstration in front of Lachit Udyan.

They have stated that the government has appointed NHM workers recently. As like NHM workers, ASHA workers also want the same recognition. The protest also demands for fair wages to Asha workers.
