Junuma Begum, a promising boxing player from Hajo, is short of funds. She needs to take part in an international kick boxing tournament in Nepal from May 30.

The locals of Hajo have urged upon the state Government for financial assistance for the budding kick boxer.

The player excelled in the sport field and won many medals for the state and also clinched the title 'Best fighter of India' in 2015.
