Assam, Meghalaya CMs discuss supply of essential goods

Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonawal on Wednesday discussed with Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma regarding the delivery and transportation of essential supplies and medicines to the Barak Valley and other northeastern states through Meghalaya.

Over a telephonic conversation, both the states' chief ministers came to an agreement to supply the essential goods through Meghalaya. Sangma, in this connection, assured full cooperation in ensuring the smooth transportation of the essential goods.
