The Kamrup District disaster management authority (DDMA) directed all the Head of the Departments of Concerned Line Departments and Members of DDMA not to grant any leave to the officials involved in the Disaster Mitigation works and not allow any officials to leave Headquarter till 5 May 2019.

Moreover, the officials involved in disaster mitigation aredirected to keep their mobile phones on all the time till the threat is over.
