Bail plea rejected for 47 accused in Abhi-Neel lynching case

In a major development, the bail application for a plea for the 47 accused in Abhijit Nath and Nilotpal Das's Dokomoka mob lynching case has been rejected by the Court of the District and Sessions Judge, Nagaon.

The petition was filed on behalf of the accused seeking bail plea for the 47 in the gruesome murder case of Abhi-Neel that shook the entire country.

The final verdict of the case should be declared by the end of this year. Abhi-Neel's families are satisfied with the court's decision regarding the rejection of the plea. It has been two years since the family has been seeking justice for Abhi-Neel.
