Battery thieves arrested in Missa

Missa police have arrested two thieves at the Missa region in Koliabor onthe early morning of Thursday.

As per reports, the accused thieves have been identified as Hazrat Ali,resident of Sonapur and Muksed Ali, resident of Palashbari accordingly.

It may be stated that both of them were involved in the thief incidents of the batteries of mobile towers across the state. On Thursday morning, police patrol arrested both of them and seized 24 numbers of batteries, when they were carrying these in a TATA DI vehicle (AS 25 cc 7127).

Police have already started interrogation to both of them separately, where lots of other thieves incidents have been coming to light.

Moreover, it has been come to know that, two more members of the racket are still on the run.
