Bogibeel Bridge: District Administration issues guidelines

The District Administration on Saturday issued some guidelines for passengers crossing the recently inaugurated Bogibeel Bridge. The guidelines were issued as a safety purpose, informed District Administration.

According to the guidelines, no vehicles will be allowed to stop for more than 2 minutes over the bridge on both sides. Violating the rule will be penalised accordingly. Police and security forces will be deployed over the bridge to monitor the passengers.

The decision came a day after twin accidents over the bridge shocked the State. Meanwhile, bike riders were seen stunting over the bridge in a viral video.
