Thewater level in the Brahmaputra River is flowing above the danger mark and waterhas reached near the feet of the statue of Lord Vishnu on the vertical pillarin the River near Chakreshwar Temple in Kalipur.

Onthe other hand, water has entered the Azan Pir Park in Fancy Bazaar and thelevel of water has touched the footpath in Panbazaar, Fancy Bazaar area.

Waterhas crossed danger level by 69 cm above the Brahmaputra and it used to flow 2cm above the danger mark.

The danger level of water level in the Brahmaputra is 89.68 m and till 12 noon on Sunday the water level increased by 50.37 m which is above the danger level in Guwahati.
