Cab Drivers Association Demands Restoration of Internet Service

TheGuwahati Cab drivers association has staged protest on Tuesday demanding torestore the internet service which has been suspended since December 11.

The Cab drivers association has staged protests by taking plates and glass in their hands as their source of income has come to a halt due to the suspension of internet service amid the ongoing protests against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act.

Theassociation demanded to restore the mobile internet service soon or else theywill self-inflict themselves.

The Cab drivers association has also taken out a protest rally from Borbari to Latasil playground and participated in the Mass-Satyagraha programme of AASU.
