In a joint operation led by Chirang police, forest department, and WCCB one poacher has been arrested from Chirang's Kajalgaon along with six ivory tusks on Wednesday.

As per sources, the arrested poacher was identified as Mintu Choudhary, who hails from Dhaligaon's Padmapur.

The two main accused are still absconding.
