COVID-19 Assam: 551 Patients Recovered on Friday

On one hand, the positive cases of COVID-19 are rising in Assam, and on the other hand, people are getting discharged at quite a steady rate.

551 COVID-19 patients were discharged across the state on Friday.

This was announced by Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Taking to twitter, he wrote, "551 patients discharged today in Assam. Good to see the rate at which recoveries are exceeding active number of patients."

With this, the tally of active patients has dropped to 6487.
