COVID-19 cases in Tripura climb to 88

Twenty-fourpeople linked to a Border Security Force battalion in Ambassa tested positivefor the novel coronavirus on Thursday, taking the number of cases in Tripura to88, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said.

"24 persons from 86th-Bn #BSF Ambassa found #COVID19 POSITIVE today. A total #COVID19 patient in Tripura now stands 88. Active cases: 86; Discharged: 02; There is no POSITIVE case among civilians, the Chief Minister said.
