Another doctor has been infected by COVID-19 today.

Named Dr. Nirmal Kumar Beria, he is an officer at Darrang Joint Health Services Directorate.

Two other people from Darrang have tested positive for the virus today. They are Mumtaz Ali and Rina Kalita.

The total toll of infected people in Darrang has climbed to 430.
