At least eleven houses belonging to eight families were gutted in a massive fire at Golakganj in Dhubri.

Nearly rupees 30 lakh worth property damages have been reported.

As per initial reports, fire tenders were late in reaching the site of the incident. Following this, a road blockade was carried out by an angry mob.
