Amid Durga puja fervour, the Kansas City Bengali association in Kansas City, Missouri has made sure the Bengalis never feel homesick even while being away from the native land.

The sight of women dressed in gorgeous traditional sarees, offering prayers in form of Xarais, and the Bengali-Assamese chatter all around while sharing prasad and bhog, brings alive the community feeling of India like no other, even amidst the hustle-Bustle of the city life.
