BJP MLA of Hojai constituency Shiladitya Dev, who is known for his controversial remarks has now made another controversial statement on the Muslim community.

Following this, the All Asom Goriya Yuva Chatra-Parishad filed an FIR against the MLA at the Jalukbari Police Outpost on Monday.

In a controversial statement after the Panbazar bomb blast, MLA Shiladitya Dev challenged commander-in-chief of ULFA-I Paresh Barua to trigger blast during Eid.

He also criticised the ULFA-I C-in-C for allegedly acting totally at the directive of Muslim fundamentalists.
