Amid the second phrase of Gunotav is in the state,  there are schools that are still under developed that have come to light .

The West Karbi Anglong's   headquarter Hamren's Jirsong English Lower primary school   sill do not have the basic facilities and infrastructure. The students are made to sit on the floor and the school lacks desk benches and adequate toilets.

There has been no change in the school infrastructure and it has remained the same since the first phrase of Gunotsav.

The Karbi Anglong Council said it would develop the infrastructure but it has not yet been done.
