Another 6 police personnel of Basistha police station have tested positive for COVID-19 ON Sunday evening. Earlier also, 5 personnel along with the Officer-in-charge of the police station was infected with the virus.

Of the six cases, 4 are traffic constables while one is the police constable and the other is the women constable who is infected.

The infected personnel are Mithun Das, Loknath Roy, Prasenjit Kayeri, Netradhar Das, Khagen Talukdar, and Pabitri Kathar.

Meanwhile, all of them have been shifted to hospital for treatment.
