This decision has been taken by the Kamrup Metro administration and the police authorities have said vegetable-carrying trucks will be allowed after 12 noon and before four in the evening.

In this connection, it has been reported that around 40 trucks have been stopped by police personnel to enter the city. The trucks are now at halt in Jorabat.
