Crime Branch and Hatigaon Police conducted a joint operation on Tuesday and seized drugs worth over three lakh rupees at Hatigaon. Three soap cases full of drugs were recovered by the Police.

One Abdur Rahman has also been arrested in relation to the seized drugs. Abdur, who hails from Manipur, was residing as a tenant at Lakhi Mandir Path, Lalmati.

The Police shall also continue operation at his rented house.

"We have also seized the vehicle from the tool box of which we had recovered the drugs" officials informed.
