A Guwahati youth identified as Tridip Kumar Mahanta is missing since Friday.

Family members informed that Tridip was last seen on Friday when he had gone to the Maniram Dewan Trade Centre in Betkuchi area of Guwahati.

A resident of Arya Nagar, the family has already lodged an FIR with Bharalu Police Station.

They (family) are considering this to be a case of abduction.
