In a tragic incident, two young men were killed in a train accident in Hojai on Wednesday.

The incident occurred when a speeding Kachenjunga Express hit the men who have been suspected of chatting in the railway tracks near the rail gate towards platform number one of the Hojai railway station.

Railway police and Hojai police arrived at the site of the incident and have recovered the two bodies for identification and post-mortem examination.
