Intoxicant Tablets Seized In Lanka

Railway police on Wednesday evening seized 24 packets of intoxicant tablets from an unattended bag kept at platform number 1 of the Lanka Railway Station in Hojai district of Assam.

The seizure was made during a routine checking carried out by the railway police.

Railway police sources informed that the seized tablets worth Rs 24,820.

The intoxicant tablets have been kept in the custody of railway police, Lanka, and so far no person has been arrested in connection to the case.
