A Kamatapur Liberation Organization (KLO) cadre has been apprehended from Serfanguri area of Kokrajhar in a successful counter insurgency operation of Panbari based unit of Red Horns Division and Assam Police.
The jointteam recovered one 9mm pistol with bullets and one Smartphone in possession ofthe cadre. The cadre who has been apprehended by the joint team was identifiedas Bikash Roy, son of Sakalu Roy.
Roy is aresident of Guru Bazaar, Ramfalbil in Kokrajhar district and he has been handedover to Serfanguri Police station for further investigation.
