Large quantity of cough syrup was recovered today by Police at Chapar in Dhubri.

The cough syrup was reportedly being carried in a tempo bearing registration number AS-17B-5575 from Kokrajhar to Chapar.

One Abdul Alim was also arrested in connection with the case.
