Leopard Rescued In Assam's Guwahati

A leopard was rescued from Sishugram Red Cross society near the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati in Amingaon on Thursday.

As per reports, the operation to rescue the leopard was monitored and led by Sunnydeo Choudhary, DFO, North Kamrup Division.

No human conflicts took place during the entire operation, forest officials informed.

After observation, the leopard will be released in its safe habitat, it added.
