Man succumbs to food poisoning in Raha

In a suspected case of food poisoning, a labour passes away and three others hospitalised after consuming Samosa at a hotel in Raha.

The deceased has been identified as Abdul Mannan, while Habibur Rahman, Enamul Hoque, Rofiqul Islam and Iqramul Hussain. The patients were rushed to the Nagaon Civil hospital where they have been currently undergoing treatment.

Reportedly, the four labours were working at the construction site of Raha fire service building.

The district administration ordered to inquire into the food poisoning incident.
