A devastating fire broke out at a residence in Mankachar's Hatsingimari on Tuesday morning which led to almost 50 gas cylinder blast.

The cylinders were reportedly stored for sale at two persons house named Samsel Haque and Surut Zaman.

Properties worth crore were gutted gown by the devastating fire. Cause of fire is still unknown.

It may be mentioned here that fire tenders could not reach the spot as the path leading to the residence was too narrow. No casualty have been reported.

On the other hand at Hajo fire gutted down a timber shop causing loss worth lakhs. The fire was reportedly caused by a short circuit.
