Meghalaya: 22 samples Test Negative of COVID-19

Twenty-two more samples of suspected coronavirus cases in Meghalaya tested negative. These samples were tested at Barpeta Medical College and Hospital.

Notably,after the first COVID-19 case in the State, the Meghalaya Government has swunginto action to prevent secondary infection.

Earlier,another 52 samples tested negative for COVID-19 in the state which were carriedout at NEIGRIHMS.

Fiftytests were also carried out at Gauhati Medical College Hospital (GMCH) werealso found negative, and the results of the 43 tests conducted at BarpetaMedical College Hospital are yet to come out.

Earlier,68 tests were carried out, out of which, six were found positive, and six weresent for reconfirmation.
