Two have been killed on Sunday morning over a land dispute in Golaghat's Merapani subdivision.

Both of the deceased were from the same family who was brutally stabbed to death in Bishrampur by one Simson Bagh.

The deceased have been identified as Kandura and Sarumai Kurmi.

Meanwhile, the murder accused Simson Bagh has fled from the crime scene.
