In an atrocious incident, unknown miscreant vandalised a NRC Seva Kendra in Guwahati's Narengi.

Accordingto reports, the malefactor after breaking in the office destroyed several NRC documents.

Theunknown person also reportedly used the laptop, which he found inside the workspace.

Theincident has taken place at Narengi LP School's NRC office.
