In an unfortunate incident, a government housing complex for BPL families collapsed due to a landslide following heavy rain in Mizoram, since two days, killing three people and injuring several others.
The four blocks of the complex came crashing down during the landslide at Durtlang Leitan near Aizawl city last evening.
According to reports, eight persons who were injured have been evacuated. Rescue operations are still going on.
