A body was found stuck to a transformer of the power department on Sunday under mysterious circumstances in Bangaon, Nalbari.

The deceased have been identified as Abhay Dutta of east Bangaon in Nalbari. He was an employee of the Irrigation Department.

Locals allege that the incident took place due to negligence on the part of the power department.
