A girl died after being hit by a train while crossing a railway track in Nalbari's Barkura.

Accordingto reports, the gateman had repeatedly stopped the girl from crossing thetracks but in vain.

Witnesseshave alleged the girl of having committed suicide.

However,the identity of the girl is yet not found.

Theincident had taken place at 8:15 this morning.
