New COVID care centres, hospitals come up in North Guwahati

In a major development, the health ministry on Monday has announced new COVID-19 care centres and hospitals across North Guwahati.

Five quarantine centres have been converted into COVID care centres in IIT Guwahati – New Guest House, Old Guest House, New Hostel, Kendriya Vidyalaya, and Dichang Hostel.

The Havell's quarantine centre has been converted into a COVID hospital at Changsari, while, M.S.M.A hostel located in Amingaon has been transformed into a COVID hospital.
