Newborn found abandoned in Moran

In an utter inhuman incident, a newborn baby was found abandoned in Sagarfola village in Moran on Thursday morning. The newborn was found lying near a plantation and was wrapped in a towel.

Locals after noticing the newborn informed the police and immediately admitted the newborn in the health center nearby.

Meanwhile, police reached the scene for further investigations. "It's unclear how long the newborn had been left here," said police. They are now looking for the newborn's mother.

On the other hand, the newborn has been handed over to Child-line after health check up.
