Noted educationist Kamal Chandra Goswami passes away

Kamal Chandra Goswami, the Xatradhikar of the Sri Sri Aadi Elengi Xatra, located in Lakhimpur Bihpuria, and an educationist has passed away.

Aged 97,Goswami breathed his last in his Khanapara residence after suffering fromsenile illness.

It maybe noted that the Xatradhikar was born in Majuli in the year 1923. He retiredas the Vice Principal of Nowgong College in 1985.

Afterthe noted educationist's retirement, he established the Gopinath Deb CommerceCollege in Nagaon.

Notably,Goswami is the late father of regional channel, DY 365 editor-in-chief MonojGoswami.
