Noted Writer Ratna Dutta Passes Away

Noted writer, Professor of Manohari Devi Kanoi Girls' College Ratna Dutta has passed away on Wednesday morning at around 3.30 AM.

Dutta, who was a regular artist of Anatar Naat of Dibrugarh has breathed her last at Down Town hospital in Guwahati. Dutta, who was suffering from tough illness over the past years was under treatment from many days.

Her lastrites will be performed at Nabagraha today.

Dutta wasborn in 1963. Some of her famous books are Dwitiya (Novel), Ranjanar MadhuratamSamai (Poetry Novel), Nilanjana (Poem).
