Primary Teachers Threatens Govt To Meet Demands

The primary teachers in the most of the districts across the state like Baksha, Teok, Udalguri, Karimganj, Mangaldoi, Golaghat, Bihpuria, Narayanpur, Sarupathar, Sivsagar, Kaliabor, Chirang, Barma, Juriya, Bijni, Tamulpur, Chapar, Junai, Darrang, Bokakhat have staged a protest regarding lots of the demands to fulfillment on Saturday at the office of West Golaghat Primary education in Golaghat.

As per reports, the activists have been staged their protest due to the cancelation of New Pension Policy and maintain the old Policy for them. They had some more demands like to do regularize the contractual teachers, to equalize the facilities and the salary for all the teachers, etc.

Moreover, they have been demanding for the Grade Pay according to the Govt role and release the salary of the primary teachers who have are being pending for a few months. In the protest program, the protestors demanded to provincialise the Non-provincialised schools and to release the money for the uniforms of the students too.

It may be stated that the same protest for the fulfillment of the issues will take place at the all office of the Primary Education across the country.
