Rahul Gandhi meets Arunachal violence hit patients

Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday visited Apollo Hospital in Guwahati to meet two patients, who sustained injuries during Arunachal Pradesh violence.

After landing at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Borjhar he left for Apollo Hospital to meet the patients. During his visit to the hospital Rahul wished the patients "a speedy recovery".

He also met the family members of the patients and took stock of the situation in Arunachal Pradesh. Congress leaders like Harish Rawat and Rockybul Hussain also accompanied him to the hospital.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi is visiting Guwahati to kick-start his campaign in the State.
